Touch-Ups:Typically, every 3 to 5 months
Clients can talk to me about what is best for them and how to maintain the desired look they would like to maintain/achieve.Gloss/Toner Refresh:Every 4 to 8 weeks to keep brassiness away and the tone looking fresh. Especially for ash and bronde colors.F.A.QWhat is a tip out?Hair that is left out from the highlighting process is teased and painted with lightener. Not all clients need this when touching up and maintaining what they have thus the different options.If the ends are starting to become more dimensional and highlight-ed, clients looking for the balayage look should have their ends “tipped out”If you have an existing balayage/foilayage and are looking to go brighter, you will most likely want and have to tip out the ends.What does the + indicate?Prices were made based off average amount of lightner used. I do my best to give you the most accurate estimate of what your services should cost so you are not surprised by the end. It is not often that the price will stray from the original estimated cost.However, if the client has an extreme extra amount of hair, wants less dimension, and/or needs a color correction, they can expect to use 1-2 extra bowls of lighter. Each extra bowl is $35.I do not charge extra for longer processing times, however, there is a limit to how long we can leave the bleach on your hair for. If your hair is not at the level we want or need it to be, the client is recommended to come back within 2 weeks to 2 months to go brighter.How do I know if I need a partial, full or a touch up full?If you like to maintain a balayage to look fresh at most times, coming in between fulls for partials are reccomended!Therefore, if you are a client who comes in between for partials you most likely will just need a touch up full. However if you do not come in between and it has been 7+months since your last foilayage, you will most likely need a full foilayage. Some cases if the client likes the more dimensional look, we may opt to just do a touch up full.The full foilayage package comes with tipouts and the extra highlights neccessary to create a foilayage.What toning comes with my service?I love to enhance everyones foilayage with a root shadow and gloss all over which comes with your service. If your hair does not require a toner, a clear gloss will still be used to close the cuticle of your hair. In some cases, pre-toning may be necessary if there is too much warmth in the hair or to add more depth to the final result.What is K18?K18 is a powerful 4-minute treatment that repairs damage from bleach, color, heat, and chemicals by rebuilding your hair from the inside out. It uses a patented peptide that travels deep into the hair to reconnect broken keratin chains caused by bleaching, coloring, heat, and chemical services.Do you offer hand-painted balayage?I currently do not offer hand-painted balayage as an official service as many of my clients require foils to get a good lift. You may put in a special request if you’d like and we can see if it is possible for your hair.

Color Correction
For any color correction it is important to provide detailed information. Estimate will be figured out after thorough consultation.For those wanting to go from highlighted hair to all over bleach here are some estimatesWash, Style, K18, and Toner included
This is a color correction service for those with highlighted hair looking to go for an all-over color hair.
Minimum takes 6 hours can take up to 8-9. It consists of weaving through old highlights and foiling back-to-back. You may not achieve clean or the exact result you want and have to do in 2-3 different day sessions. In the case that happens, when it's time for your root touch up, an all over bleach service may be needed. POLICIES
I understand that life happens, so please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need to cancel or reschedule. While I truly appreciate at least a week's notice when possible, here is the official cancellation policy:Cancellation Policy:Deposits are required to secure your appointmentCancellations made more than 1 week in advance are eligible for a refund or transfer.
Cancellations made 48 hours to 1 week in advance may be transferred to a future appointment but are not refundable.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance forfeit the deposit.Returning ClientsI do not require deposits for returning clients in good standing. However:
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, your next appointment will require a deposit. This deposit will not go toward your service—it secures your spot and protects my time.-Sick PolicyYour health and safety are important to me, and I want to ensure that everyone has a comfortable and enjoyable experience at the salon. If you are feeling unwell or showing symptoms of illness, I kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment.Your deposit will be held until the next appointment is scheduled
If you need to cancel/reschedule less than 48 hours your deposit will not be refunded and not go towards your rescheduled appointment, BUT a new deposit will not be required.
Returning clients will need to send a deposit to secure a new appointment, but will go towards their service.Guidelines* Cough, Cold, Flu-like Symptoms: If you are experiencing symptoms like a cough, sore throat, fever, or body aches, please reschedule your appointment. We ask that you give us at least 24-48 hours' notice.
* COVID-19 or Other Contagious Illness: If you have been diagnosed with COVID-19 or any other contagious illness, we request that you cancel your appointment and reschedule for a later date. We appreciate at least 48 hours' notice to allow us to adjust our schedule.Health Precautions* If you have recently traveled to areas with known health risks, we kindly ask you to inform us before your appointment.
* If you are unsure whether you should come in, it’s always best to err on the side of caution and reschedule your appointment.Your time and money are valuable, and I truly want you to love the hair you leave with. I want every client to feel confident and heard, so feel free to kindly share any feedback or concerns.-Recolor PolicyIf clients are unhappy with the results within the 7 days of having their hair done or the result deviates from the agreed-upon outcome due to a technical error a complimentary or discounted recolor will be offered. If too much time has passed or if the client simply changes their mind on style or tone, they will be asked to just pay and schedule a new service at the normal rate.Once a recolor appointment has been scheduled it will be treated like a regular service. This means the cancellation policy will apply. If the service was fully complimentary but the client cancels last minute or no-shows the day of, they will have to pay the cancellation/deposit fee if they wish to book with me again.Recut PolicyHaircuts are generally straightforward, but if you feel that you need some minor adjustments, such as:* Curtain bang/bang length
* Face framing and blending
* Taking more weight offWe can schedule a 10–15-minute slot, within 7 days of your appointment, for you to come in with clean hair to address these changes.However, if you wish to make more than one adjustment or change the length of your hair, you may be asked to schedule and pay for a full service.
